A delicious traditionnal cheese

Chop a bread in large slices.Put a slice of Tomme des Grands Causses on each piece of bread.
Put in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes at 360°F
Serve hot or cold with a salad and a red wine from the Gorges du Tarn.
